Returns Policy

General Policy Returns and Exchanges.

Given the guarantees offered by The GsmClue in the event of any problems detected at the time of delivery of your order; damaged packaging, physically defective parts, products or missing or damaged parts you should make note on the carrier and contact us within the following 24 hours reception. If not reported on time, it can not be processed.

– Changes in default factory warranty can be made only for the same item, model and version. This situation does not apply to failures or defects caused by accident, negligence or misuse of the product.

– After reviewing the product received, if this change is accepted under warranty, we promise to solve the problem within a period subject to the availability of stock, not exceeding these 30 days of receipt of item. In any case, we are committed to give you a solution to your problem as soon as possible.

– No changes and / or refunds are permitted items of special character such as screens, spare parts, batteries, tools and other electronic components for reasons not justified as:
1. Error in choosing the article, model, version or color being correctly identified the Web.
2. If the part has suffered any undue manipulation or modification.
3. If there are missing pieces that were part of a kit items.
4. If missing any of the seals, stickers, stamps or material that originally came packed. In cases where the adhesives that are removed are repositioned they lose their original packaging and the product also loses its “new” state with which it was sent.

In case of loss or misplacement of the packet sent, we guarantee forwarding at no cost to the customer, if you do not have stocks, we would make a full refund. If desired. This procedure can be given only when the transportation agency confirmed us the definitive loss of the same.

If for any reason you need to return the product we inform you that you can do according to Law 3/2014, of 27 March but considering the exceptions of Article 103, especially paragraph d thereof. Certain products such as internal parts, electronic components, tools, screens, flex cables and batteries can deteriorate rapidly with minimal handling because of its special and sensitive nature. Due to the nature of the business (distance selling) and these items (fragile and perishable), are sent always insured and special packaging. Therefore, we must always receive them back under the same conditions, by a recognized means of transport and secured content and same way it was sent, same packaging, sealing, adhesive, without signs of having been manipulated, used or tested in terminals, as are clear reasons for deterioration of these parts. The shipping costs of returning the item are borne by the buyer. In case of receiving damaged, bruised or damaged parts due to transportation, the buyer will be responsible for pursue the claim with your carrier and request removal of the article from our warehouse with advance notice.

– After the review, if deemed not suitable for return the buyer must bear the cost of return shipping items by sending their own transportation or entering the seller’s account the amount of postage published on the website. The deadline for withdrawal is 14 calendar days to avoid storage costs.

Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 14 days will be replaced. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer’s expense. We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition suitable for resale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee or courier costs, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made. The sole exception to this procedure of which are none refundable are Software Activation’s, Hardware Activation’s and Product Add-ons.

Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.

  2. Select the order you wish to return by clicking the view order icon
  3. Click on the green arrow icon  at the side of the product that is to be returned
  4. An email we be sent to confirm the return has been accepted.
  5. If you do require to send an item back for a replacement or refund please state this
  6. We do not cover the costs for return delivery
  7. Send the item by a recorded delivery or signed delivery service
